Administrative Officer

G.P. Birla Archaeological, Astronomical & Scientific Research Institute invites applications for the post of Administrative Officer of the Institute.

Job Profile: He / She shall be the head of the administration of the having multi-dimensional functions and has to provide guidance in respect of all administrative matters including security, housekeeping, personnel, establishment etc. He / She has to coordinate all administrative activities and ensure implementation thereof in the institute; coordinate with outside officials / agencies for the proper functioning of the Institute including the ability to exercise considerable tact and courtesy in frequent contact with the visitors and general public; provide regular drills for emergencies and disaster.
He / She shall advise the Director of the Institute on various administrative matters and interpretation of Rules (State and Central) pertaining to the activities of the Institute.

Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Science / Commerce / Arts with at least 55% of marks or a First Class in the undergraduate degree on any of the above subjects.

Experience: 15 years of administrative experience in an institution of repute.

Age Limit: Between 40 – 45 years as on 31/03/2021
